Full Event Coordination:
We will work with you from start to finish to make your vision reality. You may participate as much or as little as you like in the process. Your coordinator will suggest the best vendors for the job and will create a timeline.

Event Coordination Project Management:
Designed for companies who have a staff available, but need a project manager, this service provides an experienced supervisor but leaves the legwork to your employees. You will receive detailed timelines, budgets and project lists so you know the plans and progress of the job.

Event Director:
You've done all of the work, now enjoy yourself at the event! Your Event Director will be responsible for set up, supervision, and clean up of your event. You can relax knowing everything will go smoothly.

PRICING

Since every client has different needs in the event planning process, our fee will be custom designed for you. We will meet with you at no cost or obligation to discuss how you might like us to help with your event. You will then be quoted a flat fee based on the services you request. Our pricing for special event (non-wedding) coordination starts at $700.00
