"Day of" Coordination Services for clients who have already booked vendors and planned most of the wedding day but want someone to manage details. Contract begins 6-8 weeks prior to wedding date:
First in-person meeting
Review of all wedding contracts
Wedding details and first draft of timeline
Second in-person meeting
Walk through meeting to go over timeline at location prior to event
Finalize details
Develop and distribute wedding day itinerary and floor plans for vendors
Develop and distribute wedding day itinerary and floor plans for bridal party and family
Scheduling and confirmation of vendors for wedding day
Coordination of Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception
Every wedding includes 1 assistant. Additional assistants will be required for larger weddings, multiple locations or specific venues.
Coordinate vendors for wedding day scheduling. Starting at $2000. Additional options available to add onto current package.
Diamond Package
Basic service coordination for clients who can plan portions of their wedding day but want assistance with design, vendor referrals and budget. In addition to the items in the Gold Package, there will be:

Vendor recommendations, negotiation and contracting
Budget set up, comparisons and recommendations
Attend vendor meetings, if needed
Develop master timelines and distribute regular reminder lists
Coordinate vendors for wedding day scheduling
Starting at $3500.
Basic Plus Service – Provides all fundamental services plus additional assistance as needed. Please
ask for quote.
Platinum Package
Full Service coordination for couples who want Master Plans Events to guide through the entire wedding planning process from beginning to end. In addition to the items in the Gold and Diamond Packages, also included are:
Unlimited in-person meetings
Design and Theme concepts
Invitation assistance
Research Hotel Accommodations for guests
Starting at $4800. Additional options available to add onto current package.
