YINGKA CHOU
Principal Coordinator

Yingka first began special event planning as far back as 1996. She graduated with a B.A. from USC in Interpersonal Communications and Organizational Management and then spent several years working with non profits and corporations where her skills in account management and event marketing were put to good use. She also spent a good amount of time in the hospitality industry as a Catering and Sales Manager. While working in the corporate world, she began coordinating weddings, baby showers and graduation parties for friends and family.

While she has had many years of experience in the corporate and special events, her completion of Master Plans' apprenticeship has given her the opportunity to emphasis on weddings. She is also a certified florist and has been providing floral designs for weddings and events over the past few years.

Yingka is a Certified Wedding Planner through Wedding Solutions and a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants.

CARLA DOMEN
Associate Coordinator
Certified Event Specialist

For the last four years, Carla Domen has pursued her passion for event coordination and wedding planning. In 2001, Carla began her career as the Church Secretary and Event Coordinator, planning everything from intimate church socials to elaborate outreach programs. By 2003, Carla was planning and designing her own events, specializing in themed children's parties and bridal showers.

Carla graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and received her Certified Event Specialist designation through California State Polytechnic University. Carla joined Master Plans Events after completing the Wedding Coordinator Apprentice Program in early 2005 and is also a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants.
